Digital Inkwell was founded by Keith Anderson in January, 2002. Keith has been a technical writer, trainer, and project manager for over 16 years. Prior to founding Digital Inkwell, Keith worked at BNR, Nortel, ObjecTime, Rational Software, Jetform, and SS8 Networks. He taught Documentation Planning and Management I as part of the Technical Writing Diploma Program in the Department of Computer Science at Algonquin College. Since founding Digital Inkwell, Keith has contracted at various companies and government agencies, including Bannock Systems, JDSU, Natural Convergence, Nortel, Nimcat Networks, Zeligsoft, P3 Collaborations, IDS Systems, ITEX, IDRC, Nakina Systems, Adobe Systems, VoIPshield Systems, Terrapoint, TELUS, and Innovapost. Keith has a BAH in English Literature and Philosophy (Acadia University) and was a fellow in the Department of English, Graduate Studies (Acadia University). Keith also has a Diploma of Technology in Technical Writing (Algonquin College).
